Both are surrounded by the hard-working staff. Part of what makes Ambition Bistro unique is that it serves to all kinds of movie stars and celebrities who perform at Proctor’s Theatre, which is an historic theatre that features travelling Broadway Shows and concerts. Proctors has honored Marc as a Local Advocate for the Arts.

After more than a dozen years of owning Ambition, Marc has seen and heard just about everything.
